These Terms govern access to Personal Cloud (server.yassinemalti.com), a private admin control plane operated by Yassine Malti (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Private service

This site is for authorized administrators only. You may use it only if you have been given access credentials and only for legitimate administration of systems you are permitted to manage.

2. Accounts and security

• Keep your password and security codes confidential.
• Do not share access with unauthorized people.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may require multi-factor verification and other security controls.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, MFA, or rate limits.
• Probe, scan, or disrupt the service or related infrastructure.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with other users’ access or system integrity.

4. Availability

The service is provided “as is” for private operational use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance or security.

5. Intellectual property

The software, branding, and content on this control plane remain our property (or that of our licensors), except for content you lawfully provide.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of (or inability to use) this service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access at any time if these Terms are violated or if required for security. You may stop using the service at any time.
